1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "ink741", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ink741 platform, a company incorporated and licensed under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Platform" refers to the ink741 website accessible at https://ink741.cam, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimised views, and any future applications or interfaces provided under the ink741 brand.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the ink741 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the ink741 Platform, uniquely identified by a username and secured by a password.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event outcome, casino game result, or any other betting market made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive credited to a User's account by ink741 under specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by ink741 before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Funds" refers to the total balance of real-money currency held in a User's ink741 account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, blocked, or prohibited under applicable law or ink741's operating licence conditions.
• "Intellectual Property" refers to all trademarks, logos, brand names, software, content, design elements, and other proprietary materials associated with ink741.

2 Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Access to and use of the ink741 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal structure.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. ink741 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement without exception.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law. ink741 primarily serves players located in Indonesia; however, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and definitively prohibited by statute, court order, or regulatory directive enforceable against individual users.
• You must not be employed by ink741, any of its affiliated companies, business partners, software providers, or gaming studios in a capacity that provides privileged access to game outcomes, odds data, or platform operations.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through ink741's tools or imposed by a third-party responsible gambling programme — that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the ink741 Platform, including placing wagers and requesting withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and comply with all associated verification requirements.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ink741 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual, with balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ink741 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify ink741 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.2 KYC Verification

ink741 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in order to comply with its international gaming licence obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform. KYC verification will be triggered:

• Before the first withdrawal request is processed;
• When cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds as determined by ink741's compliance team;
• At any point at ink741's reasonable discretion, including where suspicious or unusual account activity is detected.

KYC documents typically required include: a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, documentation related to the payment method used for deposits. ink741 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from ink741 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure. Funds held in an account closed due to KYC non-compliance will be handled in accordance with ink741's anti-fraud procedures.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• ink741 supports deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed at the point of deposit.
• All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ink741 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility and cost of the User.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or near-real time for most methods. Processing delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside ink741's control.
• ink741 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information associated with your ink741 account.
• ink741 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed to ink741's satisfaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) — within 1 business day; e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — within 2 hours during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). ink741 does not guarantee processing within these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are disclosed in the platform's banking section. ink741 reserves the right to modify fee structures with reasonable prior notice.
• ink741 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or incomplete KYC documentation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ink741 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

• By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the specific terms and conditions of that offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
• All bonuses are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and apply only to the specific account for which they are claimed. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering (playthrough) requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in that offer's terms. A typical wagering requirement at ink741 ranges from 20× to 40× the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10–20%); certain games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each offer's terms.
• ink741 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. Offers already accepted and in progress at the time of modification will be honoured under their original terms unless the modification is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless ink741 explicitly states otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• ink741 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and associated winnings, and to close an account, where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus conditions; hedging bets in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed through the ink741 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and other betting categories are published separately within the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. ink741 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds pricing; where a bet has been placed at an obviously erroneous price, ink741 may void that bet and return the stake to the User's account.
• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where the Cash Out feature (where available) is used prior to settlement.
• ink741 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently determined to have been manipulated, fi xed, or otherwise compromised in a manner that undermines the integrity of the betting market.
• Betting on events in which you have a direct participation, professional involvement, or inside information is strictly prohibited. Any wager placed in violation of this condition will be voided and may result in account suspension.
• Maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits vary by sport, market type, and individual user account status. ink741 reserves the right to reject any bet that exceeds the applicable maximum stake limit.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. ink741 does not recognise subsequent disqualifications, overturned results, or amendments to official results if they occur after initial settlement, except in cases of manifest error.
• Live betting (in-play wagering) is subject to additional rules. Odds and market availability may change rapidly during live events. ink741 reserves the right to suspend markets temporarily during periods of high volatility or significant game incidents.
• ink741 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slots, virtual games, and casino table games. All RNG-based games are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party auditors. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play.
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with ink741 customer support within 48 hours of the game session; claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

ink741 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting users who may be at risk of gambling-related harm. As a condition of using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Gambling should be undertaken solely as a form of entertainment and not as a means of income generation or financial investment.
• You must not wager more than you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and ensuring that your gambling activity does not negatively impact your financial obligations or personal wellbeing.
• ink741 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); loss limits; session time limits; self-exclusion (temporary and permanent); reality-check reminders. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and remain in force for the period you specify. 8 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, design elements, graphics, text, data compilations, and other materials published on or accessible through the ink741 Platform are the exclusive property of ink741 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software or content forming part of the Platform.
• You may not use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary identifier associated with ink741 without our prior written consent.
• Any unauthorised use of ink741's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ink741 disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — with respect to the Platform and the services provided therein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

• ink741 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• ink741 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from: technical failures, including server downtime, network connectivity issues, or software errors; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials; inaccuracies or errors in odds, results, or other information displayed on the Platform; actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers integrated with the Platform.
• In no event shall ink741 be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, ink741's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of wagers you placed during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ink741 is not responsible for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, labour disputes, or acts of terrorism (force majeure events).

10 Account Suspension & Termination

ink741 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy published by ink741;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from ink741;
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity on your account;
• At your request, subject to the withdrawal of any remaining balance and the satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements;
• If ink741 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a court or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You must cease all use of the Platform. Any funds held in your account at the time of termination will be handled as follows:

• If your account is closed voluntarily at your request, and you are in compliance with these Terms, your remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal in accordance with clause 4.2 above.
• If your account is closed by ink741 due to a material breach of these Terms, ink741 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of your account balance, subject to applicable law.
• If your account is closed due to self-exclusion, your balance will be returned to you in accordance with our responsible gaming procedures.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ink741 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: You must first submit your complaint in writing to ink741 customer support at [email protected]. ink741 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with ink741's response, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 21 calendar days.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If internal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service as specified by ink741's licensing authority.

Where ADR is not available or does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which ink741's licence is issued.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ink741 reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified.

Material amendments that affect your rights or obligations will be notified to you via email to the registered email address on your account, or by prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon your next login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with clause 10.
